The Royal Crusader Richard the Lion Heart Shield pays homage to King Richard of England who gained notorioty as a great leader and valiant fighter of the Crusades. The center of this handsome steel piece features Richard's coat of arms consisting of three lions set against a bright red background. Further enhancement is added with blackened edges. It can be efficiently displayed with a steel handle and suede leather hanger. Whether showcased on your home or office wall or serving as part of a costume, this shield promises to be an eye catching piece that's sure to please.

Three majestic lions adorn the front.  This particular lion is called "lion passant" which is a lion walking, with the right fore paw raised and all others on the ground. Lions generally represent courage, valor, and strength.  These lions lie on a red background meaning Eagerness to serve his country as a warrior and martyr.  The edges have been blackened to frame the bright red. To display this piece there is a suede leather hanger and a steel handle in the back to hold on to your shield or it can be used to hold a broad sword for a nice display on your wall.
