Ordering with us is very simple! To place an order online, please add the product you're interested in into your shopping cart and use our secure checkout system. Just follow the instructions given to you during checkout! If you don't feel comfortable sending your credit card information over the internet, please feel free to call us at 800-929-7035 and you can place your order over the phone. Each of our historical clothing products is superbly manufactured and hand-made. We are certain that you'll be satisfied with are wide range of renaissance and medieval clothing and accessories. However, we understand that for whatever reason you may be unsatisfied with the product. Here at Historical Clothing Realm we don't want you to worry about receiving a product you don't like. If you are not satisfied with your product, please email us at email@example.com within 15 days of receiving the product and you'll be refunded in full so long as the product is unused and undamaged.
It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Even if you don't have a reason to return an item, that's okay! There's no risk when ordering from Historical Clothing Realm!

We want you to be happy with your order! With some exceptions (see below), if you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 15 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund of the purchase price less shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. If you are exchanging an item, there is no restocking fee. We do, however, require that you pay to ship the item back to us, and any shipping fees originally paid on your order are non-refundable. Here are the exceptions and clarifications:
- Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
- We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc.).
Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
We do accept exchanges and there is no restocking fee if you are making an exchange. Please contact us with the item you want to exchange for and we will send you instructions.

Terms and Conditions
We are not responsible or liable for the misuse of any of our products. You are responsible for any accidents or injuries that may result from the misuse of our products including swords, armor, and weapons.
You must be 18 years of age or older to order any of our weapons and armor from this site or have the consent of your parent/guardian. We do not knowingly sell to children under the age of 18. It is your responsibility to adhere to this policy.
If you plan on wearing or using your item at a SCA event or renaissance faire, it is your responsibility to understand combat rules and regulations. Rules will vary depending on the tournament, and the Tournament Marshal has the final say for all combat regulations and standards. For your own protection, do not wear this or any other helmet in any combat activity unless it is approved by SCA Officials or the renaissance faire officials prior to event. We are not responsible for any damages or injuries that may be incurred during SCA tournaments, events, or renaissance faire.
Most items are shipped within 2-3 business days, but some can ship within 24 hours. Some of the product description pages will have more detailed shipping time estimates. If an item is not in stock or on backorder, it will be labeled as such on the product page. If the item has just gone out of stock and was not reflected on our site, you will be notified immediately by email.
We use UPS and Fedex to ship our products. We believe they offer the best service, especially for larger packages. From our experience they offer timely and reliable service. If you want to rush delivery your item, please let us know. We can 2nd Day or Next Day Air it to you for an additional cost.
We can ship USPS to APO and FPO addresses. We are also able to ship to Canada, but there will be an additional fee for customs and duty taxes. We are also very happy to ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but shipping will extra. We will notify you if shipping will be over $60 on a given order.
At this point we are not able to ship internationally. However, if you really need an order or would like to purchase in bulk, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to accommodate you.
