The Cavalier Shoulder Cape is the perfect way to compliment your Renaissance ensemble or other period look. The term "cavalier" originally was given to supporters of King Charles of England during the English Civil War and later became used to describe fashion of the court at the time. Drawing upon historical inspiration, this garment features an ultra-suede exterior with satin lining. Further enhancement is given with a leather shoulder guard and metal fittings. In addition, matching wool ropes and suede straps are included for securing the piece. With a stylish period flair, this cape is great for costumes and Renaissance fairs.
