A perfect compliment to Scarlet O'Hara's barbecue gown, this exquisite piece features construction from a light, woven straw with a 6" brim. It is accented by a deep green velvet hat tie, lined with matching tafeda, which can be tied into a lovely bow. Wear this hat and you are sure to be the belle of the Southern ball.
