The Economy Lorica Segmentata is such a fantastic looking piece; no one will ever know you got such an incredible deal on it. If you love our more expensive Roman armor, but aren?t thrilled about the price tag, you will certainly appreciate what a great value this piece really is. Made from 18-gauge steel, this is a significantly lighter piece of armor, making it the perfect choice for plays, reenactment and other costume events. It features front and back plates and heavy duty leather straps, which allows for a secure fit while also supporting the torso.
You will notice that the Economy Lorica Segmentata is fully articulated, through the spaulders and to the waist, to allow for a full range of movement. It polishes to a rich sheen and is thoughtfully accented with brass.
