    One look at this Crusader Helmet and you can just imagine the Fifth Crusade when St. Francis of Assisi crossed over the battle line at Damietta so he could speak face-to-face with Al-Kamil. Although him and his companions were captured and beaten, he was given safe passage and even offered gifts for his bravery. Our Crusader Helmet certainly captures this courage! Made from 18-guage EN45 steel, this helmet has been handcrafted to ensure that it is historically accurate. Our Crusader Helmet is fully wearable and perfect for re-enactments, but the gorgeous brass plating and designs make it a worthy piece for display.
