Most orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. Others will be much fast than that at 1-2 business days. Look on the product pages for more specific shipping time estimates for a product. All orders are shipped via UPS ground or Fedex Ground (3-5 business days) unless it is to a APO or FPO address. UPS Second Day Air and Next Day Air are available at an extra cost. How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless otherwise stated on the product page. When an item goes out of stock, we will update the page to reflect that. If for some reason an item goes out of stock and was not reflected on our site, we will email you immediately and you can decide to cancel your order or choose a different item.
What if I'm unsatisfied with the item, can I return it?
Yes! Even though we believe you'll be satisfied with our wide range of quality renaissance and medieval costumes, we understand that a product may not turn out to meet your needs. Please see our return policy for more details on how to return an item.
How can I pay for my items?
