Our Warriors Steel Breastplate is crafted from 18 gauge steel and can be worn with or without a backplate. There are buckles attached to the armour and leather straps that come with the breastplate to make it wearable without a backplate. If you are wanting to wear this breastplate with a backplate it is compatible with the steel Backplate for Warrior or Drake and will also work with our Leather Backplates. This breastplate is lined with a thin layer of leather which is a nice extra and makes it that much more comfortable to wear. With a simple row of studs along the edges, this armour fits just about any period for any character.

Small Sizing: Chest: 19 Inches (When paired with a backplate it is adjustable for 29 inch to 36 inch chests), Length from Shoulder to Hip: 18 Inches.
Large Sizing: Chest: 29 Inches (When paired with a backplate it is adjustable for 46 inch to 53 inch chests), Length from Shoulder to Hip: 26 Inches.
X-Large Sizing: Chest: 32 Inches (When paired with a backplate it is adjustable for 50 inch to 56 inch chests), Length from Shoulder to Hip: 26 Inches.

These are measurements of the armour only, these measurements do not include the straps/buckles.

Keep in mind that if you are wearing a gambeson or heavily padded shirt, to take your measurement while wearing the garment and order by that measurement.
